Earning VizoCoins is simple and fun:

• Go to "Support Creators" page
• Browse campaigns from your favorite categories (Gaming, Tech, Fitness, etc.)
• Click "Open & Support" or "Start Play" on campaigns that interest you
• Watch/view the content for the required time (usually 20-60 seconds)
• Collect your VizoCoins after completing the task!

No, VizoCoins cannot be converted to cash or withdrawn. They are an internal currency used exclusively to promote your content on VizoWatch.

However, you can:

• ✅ Use them to promote unlimited campaigns
• ✅ Earn them for free (no limit on how many you can earn)
• ✅ Transfer them between your own campaigns (rebalance budget)

VizoCoins are non-refundable once purchased, except in the following cases:

• Technical errors on our platform
• Duplicate charges (must report within 48 hours)
• Unauthorized transactions

If your campaign was removed for violating our Terms of Service, you will not receive a refund for the VizoCoins spent.

Creating a campaign takes less than 2 minutes:

• 1. Go to Dashboard → Select a platform (YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• 2. Click "Share Your [Platform]"
• 3. Paste your content URL (video link, post link, channel link, etc.)
• 4. Choose categories that match your content
• 5. Select boost level (Basic, Premium, Ultra) or start Free
• 6. Review cost and submit!

Boost Levels determine how prominently your campaign appears in the discovery feed:

• 🔵 Basic Boost - 2x visibility, green border
• 🟠 Premium Boost - 5x visibility, orange border, higher in feed
• 🟢 Ultra Boost - 10x visibility, animated rainbow border, top priority

Campaigns run until:

• ⏰ Your VizoCoins budget is depleted (each view costs coins)
• 🗑️ You manually delete/pause the campaign
• ⚠️ The campaign is removed for violating policies

Boost periods last 7 days. After that, your campaign continues at standard visibility until VizoCoins run out.

Yes! Manage your campaigns from Dashboard → My Campaigns:

• ✏️ Edit - Change title, categories (URL cannot be changed)
• ⏸️ Pause - Temporarily stop showing your campaign
• 🗑️ Delete - Permanently remove the campaign
• 📊 View Stats - See views, clicks, engagement
• 🚀 Boost - Add/upgrade boost level anytime

Note: Deleting a campaign does NOT refund unused VizoCoins. Consider pausing instead.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• ❌ Adult content, pornography, or sexual services
• ❌ Violence, hate speech, or harassment
• ❌ Illegal activities, drugs, or weapons
• ❌ Scams, pyramid schemes, or misleading information
• ❌ Copyright infringement or stolen content
• ❌ Spam or artificially manipulated content

Violation consequences: Immediate campaign removal, VizoCoins forfeiture, account suspension/ban.

Yes, we have rules to prevent abuse:

• ❌ Self-referrals are prohibited (creating multiple accounts)
• ❌ Fake accounts or fraudulent signups void all rewards
• ❌ Spam or aggressive tactics (unwanted emails, bots, etc.)
• ✅ Share your link naturally on social media, YouTube, blogs, etc.

Violations result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all referral rewards.
