• Real creators discover content from other creators
• Users earn VizoCoins by exploring content in their areas of interest
• Creators use VizoCoins to showcase their content to the community
• All engagement comes from genuine users voluntarily exploring content

2.2 Platform Compliance

2.3 What VizoWatch Is NOT

VizoWatch does NOT:

• Guarantee any specific number of views, likes, followers, or engagement
• Use bots, fake accounts, or automated systems
• Provide artificial inflation of metrics
• Violate any social media platform’s Terms of Service

💳 3. VizoCoins & Payment

3.1 VizoCoins System

VizoCoins are the platform’s internal currency:

• 1,000 VizoCoins = $10 USD
• VizoCoins can be earned by exploring other creators’ content
• VizoCoins can be purchased through our shop
• VizoCoins can be used to promote your content in our discovery feed

3.2 Refund Policy

3.3 Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions:

• Renew automatically unless cancelled
• Can be cancelled at any time from your account settings
• No refunds for partial months
• Benefits end at the end of the current billing period after cancellation

📊 4. Campaigns & Content

4.1 Campaign Guidelines

When creating a campaign, you agree that:

• Your content link is valid and publicly accessible
• You own or have rights to promote the content
• The content complies with the target platform’s Community Guidelines
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

4.2 Prohibited Content

Campaigns promoting the following content will be removed immediately:

• Adult content, pornography, or sexual services
• Violence, hate speech, or harassment
• Illegal activities, drugs, or weapons
• Scams, pyramid schemes, or misleading information
• Copyright infringement or stolen content
• Spam or artificially manipulated content

4.3 Boosted Campaigns

Boost levels (Basic, Premium, Ultra) provide increased visibility but do not guarantee specific results. Actual performance depends on content quality and audience interest.

🎁 5. Referral Program

Our referral program offers:

• 100 VizoCoins per signup when someone registers using your referral link
• 20% lifetime commission on all purchases made by your referrals

5.1 Referral Rules

• Self-referrals are prohibited and will result in account termination
• Fake accounts or fraudulent signups will void all referral rewards
• Spam or aggressive referral tactics are not allowed
• We reserve the right to revoke referral bonuses if fraud is detected

6.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

• Content removal by those platforms

We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Technical issues or downtime
• Lost data or campaign interruptions
• Changes to platform features or pricing

All VizoWatch branding, logos, designs, and content are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8.1 User Content

You retain ownership of your content but grant VizoWatch a license to:

• Display your campaigns on our platform
• Show thumbnails and descriptions in discovery feeds
• Use anonymized data for analytics and improvements

📝 9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

⚖️ 10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where VizoWatch is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
